Product Description

The sludge that flows in is transported by screw and concentrated at the concentration part by gravity, 
and the concentrated sludge is compressed and dehydrated at the dehydration part by screw, 
back pressure board and eccentricity. At this time, the gap between fixed boards is not clogged 
by the eccentric motion of the movable board, so high-efficiency and high-performance dehydration is possible.

Application

OHK’s sludge dehydrator is for treatment of sludge from sewage treatment plant, excretion treatment plant, waste water, 
polluted water, food waste and other industrial plants. 
It can dehydrate not only high-concentration sludge but also low-concentration (3,000~5,000 mg/l) sludge 
at a performance of about 78±2% moisture content. 
This environmental equipment can remove dehydration gap clogging that can occur due to adherence of sludge during concentration and dehydration.
