GOMS is the GHG Optimal Management System, a management system co-related environmental and information tech. 
The GOMS is followed and applicable to CCP 5 milestones for protecting climate Change. 
We suppose it could be a good tool for some local governments to make an inventory and set up long term policies on mitigation and adaptation.

Ecosense developed GOMS for managing climate change systematically and it is quite convenient for users who doesn’t know system well, though. 
Users such as local government officers can set emission sources and he/she just enter into/ out of data easily what they want. 
With those data system can show estimation of greenhouse gas emissions, prediction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Evaluation of Reduction potential and Evaluation of Reduction performance. 

Through GOMS, we can figure out how much GHG emissions are on a realtime Basis. 
ECOSENSE has been doing many projects with GOMS, and local governments including Seoul are about to adopt the system for their use. 
Additionally we have worked with about ten local governments.
